Shipment processing time

     All orders are processed within two to three business days.  Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing high order volume; shipments may be delayed.  Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination.  Generally, our standard shipping can take 3-8 business days for delivery and USPS Priority mail is typically a 2-3 day shipping service within the USA.  However, please be advised that as stated by the carriers, displayed delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

     Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

     KLUK CUSTOM CALLS will ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. territories, and Canada

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

     You will receive a shipment notification when your order has shipped and the tracking information should update within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

     KLUK CUSTOM CALLS  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

     KLUK CUSTOM CALLS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
