At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We currently ship all orders via UPS and USPS using the following methods:

Reliable and economical. Delivery in 1–5 business days depending on your location.

UPS 2nd Day Air®
Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days. Ideal for time-sensitive orders needing quick but cost-effective delivery.

UPS Next Day Air Saver®
Next-day delivery by the end of the business day. A budget-friendly alternative to standard Next Day Air.

UPS Next Day Air®
Next-day delivery in the morning or early afternoon, depending on destination. Our fastest UPS shipping option.

USPS Ground Advantage™
Affordable and dependable ground shipping, typically arriving in 2–5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail®
Fast delivery in 1–3 business days with USPS tracking included.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
