    • At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:

       

      Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

      • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

      • No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

      • Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.

      • Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.


      Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes


      We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:

      • UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.

      • UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.


      Additional Information

      • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

      • KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

Great Customer Service & Excellent made calls.

Was needing a new glass call. I contacted Kluk Customer calls with questions and looking for their suggestions on their diaphragms and pot calls. I received a box with their Zebrawood/glass and Diamondwood striker. An excellent pot call pared perfectly with the proper diamonwood striker. Perfect pitch and rasp right out of the box. I ran through a couple of the diaphragms quickly to get an idea of their rasp. With 50 years of calling turkeys it doesn't take me long to know what works for me. I received the package of order calls in two days, hit the woods the very next morning, calling for my hunter/wife. Had great response from hens and gobblers. Quality products and excellent advise. THANKS JED. We will send pics at end of season.
