At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

Great quality. Fit and finish are great. Sounds good.
Purchased this for a Christmas gift. When the recipient opened it, there was no spring on the screw. The lid just flopped around and played poorly. I immediately reached out to the company, and was told this specific call doesn’t ship with a screw because it plays better without it. I had to find a spring at the hardware store. No surprise, it plays like it should now. Reviewers on YouTube say it comes with a spring….. nice service. As far as the box call goes, it looks good and sounds good. Unfortunately, getting blown off with a ridiculous response says a lot about the lack of customer service.
Been chasing turkeys for about 50 years now. This box is sweet sounding and I cant wait to give it a go in the turkey woods.
