At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:

• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.

• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

Additional Information

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

2025 is the first year i bought calls from Kluk and i have to say they are all great! I love the fact you can get different tension on all calls! And they are local to were i live another bonus! I will definitely be buying more!!! By the way i have never wore a wristband until i saw the one they sent with the calls ( Thank God for hunting) Romans 10:9 awesome company
