KLUK CUSTOM CALLS Shipping Policy

At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:

• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.

• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Box call band

I am very pleased with this band it holds the call tighter with no noise and is more durable than a rubber band. I recommend this product to all box call carriers.

Bands Work Great

These silencing bands work as advertised. They keep the call silent during transport, and getting into the woods. They have plenty of stretch and are nice and tight. Every box needs one.

No chirping or squeaking.

The band seems to securely hold the call in place so you get no unwanted squeaking or chirping when walking. Very nice.

I’ve struggled with my box call chirping when I’m trying to sneak, but with one band on it now it is silent! Thanks KLUK!
