KLUK CUSTOM CALLS Shipping Policy
At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

Everything about KLUK calls is positive. Received the calls right on time. My 7 year old son has been all over the house using the calls and to date I have not found a mouth call he could use. Well I’m new to turkey hunting at 66 yrs old what a blast. Well I had to be like a Cabela’s catalog hunter and have the newest stuff on me. I’m an old duck hunter and always joked about the new duck hunter with a dozen of calls around the neck and new waders and shotgun. Oh well I’m laughing at myself but I have to tell you this 2025 bundle is number one out of the box. I played with it and didn’t do so well but took it to my turkey hunting buddy and he made them sing. OMG . Have been getting practice on the Natural box and the Nasty Gal glass calls.
