    • At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:

       

      Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

      • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

      • No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

      • Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.

      • Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.


      Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes


      We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:

      • UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.

      • UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.


      Additional Information

      • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

      • KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

      • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Not your average people

When I say not your average people that just take your money and ship your product. I mean you can feel the sense of family and himbleness with these folks. When I received my calls they came with a tin to store them in which I really liked. Ther was also a nice decal a bracelet that has Thank God for hunting Romans 10:9 printed on it and a hand written bill thank you note. However o do like my calls but the note and the bracelet was the best part of the gig. Not afraid to share there faith was the greatest item in the box. The note was just a simple way of saying thank you to a customer that they don’t know but appreciate. You’ll be hard pressed finding that anywhere else. Thank you guys please tell me how I can get more bracelets to share with my friends.

Birds are in trouble

The birds are in trouble this spring, no brake in period at all. Great calls straight out of the plastic. I have the opportunity to chase birds in 8 different states every spring and looking forward to stacking up the long beards running these mouth calls.
