At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• KLUK Custom Calls is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to UPS.

Great sounding call with nice whines and rasp. I figured out that the medium stretch is best for me. You can run low whisper call to loud cutting calls. Kluk doesn’t make anything that doesn’t sound. From awesome from turkey to elk calls. Thanks kluk.

The smart-mouth call in low stretch is easy to operate for low or high volume calling. It takes very little air pressure to achieve clear and crisp calls.
