At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

Really great call! Love it for raspy yelps
The sound that comes from this call is unmatched! the Kluk Top Secret is an excellent choice, many different sounds you can make. Excited to use it in the timber this year!
First off, this company is fantastic. High quality mouth calls and each package comes with a car decal, note, and a rubber band bracelet. This is my second year with them and I plan on collecting these bands like Thanos.
I had the Crying Karen last year and I loved it, but the Top Secret (low)is top notch. I feel like every mouth calls needs a break in period and warm up period. Not this one. It sang right out of the gate. I immediately was able to produce clucks, purrs, cuts, and yelps like it was broken in and mid season. It also has range-from high pitched squeals and purrs to low end raspy yelps. 100% would recommend.
