KLUK CUSTOM CALLS Shipping Policy
At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

Kluk Custom Calls filled my order and I received my bundle all in a span of four days total. Excellent delivery time. The calls themselves are outstanding and easy to run. Each of the Old Meets New series has its' own distinct sound and will work for various hunting situations. The tumbler and call case is icing on the cake. I’ve been running mouth calls since the mid 80s and know some fit my palate and others don’t. I can run the ghost cut without question but the other two may be used to elk bugle, otherwise useless to me. I bought a 3 pack last year and really like 2 of the 3 but can use all of them and reproduce good turkey vocalization. I don’t understand your 3 packs of low, medium & high stretch reeds and who would waste their money on them. Obviously it’s nice to find what works best but ultimately 2 calls are less likely to produce desired sounds. Besides the above comments I like the quality and size of your calls and will continue to patronize your company.
Great quality & quick service as usual. Calls are very easy to work & sound great. Can't wait to get to use them in the woods in a few weeks when pa season opens. Also got assassin series which sound great & are easy to operate
