At KLUK Custom Calls, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers. We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed. However, please note the following shipping policies:
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
• No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders placed before 3:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders via UPS using the following methods:
• UPS Ground Saver – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. If your order is placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, the processing time begins on Monday, and the 2-7 business days will start from that point.
• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday, and the 2-5 business days will start from that time.

I purchased 5 calls from your website. The Crying Karen starter pack, as well as the OG and Top Secret mouth calls. I love all of the calls but the Top Secret is the most lethal sounding. I am located in Central Pa and didn’t realize how close I was to your HQ. Can’t wait for Gobbler season. I have spread the word about your calls to all of my hunting buddies.
